We provide three different styles of tenting, “Jumbo Trac”, “Festival” and “Tidewater”. All three come in various shapes and sizes while presenting separate individual options. Encore Events currently offers delivery service throughout Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Mendocino and Greater Bay Area. We are able to accommodate your delivery and pickup needs, with our experienced delivery teams. Contact us with questions about delivery and pricing.
Upon delivery and pickup, our delivery and installation teams can setup and breakdown your rental items to help make your event smoother and stress free. Pricing varies based on the item. This service must be arranged prior to your delivery or pickup to ensure ample time ensuring our delivery teams are able to accommodate. Encore Events is open for Will Call pickup and return 6 days a week at our Windsor location and 4 days at our Petaluma location. Our Will Call department is open during regular business hours and ready to serve you with a skilled and friendly staff to help load and unload your order at the time of pickup and drop off.
